The purpose of the present Ordinance is to designate authorities in the Land Hessen which shall be responsible for the efficient implementation of the Federal Groundwater Ordinance of 9 November 2010 (BGBl. I p.1513) and the Surface Ordinance of 20 July 2011 (BGBl. I p. 1429). The text consists of 4 articles.
