The purpose of the present Act is to transpose the Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy into German legislation. In particular, the Act lays down provisions relating to the processing and use of data under the Integrated Administration and Control System in accordance with the provisions of the Union for agricultural payments. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Purpose and sphere of application (1); Operating data (2); Collection, processing and use of data (3); Transmission of data by the paying agency to the certifying body (4); Transmission of data by the Paying Agent for the purpose of information exchange (5); Inspection of producer organizations by paying agencies (6); Extinguishing periods (7); Deviating national law (8); Empowerment (9). One Annex is enclosed listing operating data.
