Modified version of the Article 31 states that finances of special fund shall be used for partial subsidies to natural and legal persons that have planted vineries on total area of 5 ha and more. It specifies that the aforesaid subsidies shall be applicable exclusively to planting material registered in the official Register of plant varieties.
