The present Ordinance implements the Electricity Act of 15 December 1982. In particular, the Ordinance provides the basis of understanding for measures to be taken, in case that electrical equipments or officially authorized electrical facilities are a thread to the environment. The text consists of 8 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Interference reduction measures (II); Final provisions (III).
