This Ministerial Circular lays down directives and recommendations concerning the packaging and labelling of certain products (among others, foodstuffs processed from tomatoes, dairy products, spirit drinks) in order to protect consumers' rights. The competent bodies are encouraged to undertake the necessary measures to ensure that consumers are protected.
