Ministerial Decree No. 250743 amending and replacing certain Annexes to Presidential Order No. 365/2002, in compliance with Commission Directives 2003/21/EC and 2003/22/EC.

With the present Decree and in compliance with Commission Directives 2003/21/EC and 2003/22/EC, Annex X to Presidential Order No. 365/2002 is replaced by Annex I to this Decree. Annexes I, II, III, IV and V are amended in accordance with Annex II to this Decree. The amendments regard protective measures against the introduction into the national territory of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the country. With Commission Directive 2003/21/EC concerning certain protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community, Greece is no longer listed as protected zone in connection with the insect Gonipterus scutellatus.
With the present Decree and in compliance with Commission Directives 2003/21/EC and 2003/22/EC, Annex X to Presidential Order No. 365/2002 is replaced by Annex I to this Decree. Annexes I, II, III, IV and V are amended in accordance with Annex II to this Decree. The amendments regard protective measures against the introduction into the national territory of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the country.
