This Ministerial Order, consisting of 8 Chapters and one Annex, establishes the Higher Technique Specialized Team of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. The above mentioned Specialized Team, abbreviated as EETS, consists of Directors of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and experts in specific areas of agriculture, which are selected by a Selection Committee headed by the Director general of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries or competent authorities of this Ministry. This Team is entitled to carry out the following activities: to participate in the design, evaluation and policy review, strategic plan and specific regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, for the development of agricultural sectors, industrial plants, forests, livestock and fisheries; to provide technical support to the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in policy implementation, strategic plan and regulations; to review and give feedback on annual action plans, biennial or annual multi Ministry and/or project outlines submitted by the National and District Directors; to monitor the implementation of programmes and projects of the Ministry through regular field visits, reports, and to provide technical guidance to achieve the objectives of programmes and projects; etc.
