This Order contains lists of substances that the European Commission has assessed and decided to either record as active substances for Biocides and plant protection Regulation. The Order also contains a list of substances that the Danish Environment Agency has evaluated in accordance to article 15 of Regulations on pesticides - and approved for use in pesticides. Appendix 1 contains a list of active substances the EU Commission has decided to include as active substances for biocidal products before 15 July 2013. Appendix 2 provides a list of active substances included in Appendix II to Commission Regulation (EC) no. 1451/2007, and which the European Commission has decided not to include on the list of approved active substances for biocides. Appendix 3 contains a list of pesticides for which a phasing has been granted by article 46 of Order on Plant Protection Regulation. Appendix 4 provides a list of plant protection products, which may not be held after 2 September or 15 December 2012. Appendix 5 contains a list of active substances to the Environmental Protection Agency has evaluated according to article 15 of Regulations on pesticides.

Appendix 3 - List of plant protection substances which have been granted settlement periods in adherence to article 46 of Plant Protection s Regulation (LEX-FAOC104337).
Appendix 4 - List of previously approved plant protection pesticides for which there is a ban on possession as of 2012.
Appendix 5 - Active substances approved in accordance to article 15 of Order on pesticides for use as repellents.
