The Order sets out rules for the calculation of pollution contents in particularly polluted wastewaters, the cost of special polluted wastewater and inventory, collection and documentation of special contributions and wastewater companies, as well as their administration. A wastewater utility company shall by 1 December 2014 to ensure that payments are in accordance to provisions of this Order. In case of auditing wastewater companies shall, no later than 1 December 2014 forward payments to the local council. The Council shall approve by 31 December 2014 payment statute in accordance to this Order.
