Order No. 1135 amending Order on certain requirements for packaging.

The Order amends the Footnote and Appendix 1 of Order No. 1049 with regard to additional criteria for classifying products as packaging - such as pipes and rollers as part of production machines; pots for plant transport; glass ampules for injection; sterile barrier systems; capsules for beverages; refillable cylinders for different kind of gas; paper; and RFID tags (radio frequency identification). The Order contains provisions implementing parts of the European Parliament and Council Directive
