Order No. 1432 regulating air pollution generated by fixed installations for energy production.

The Order establishes rules for the testing of combustion plants prior to their sale, transfer or connection in order to prevent air pollution. Combustion for energy production includes water, coal, wood or plant seeds and other agricultural products subject to biomass waste regulations.
