The Order sets regulations on the classification of watercourses and rivers, including provisions on water body shapes and/or water transmission capacity. In order to follow protection rules of the environment and wild flora and fauna, it applies to watercourse maintenance; rules modifying the right of navigation; location, extent f plants established in connection with river restoration; indemnity of land along watercourses; operation of dams; fences; planting and preservation of shade vegetation; outlet for drainage and sewage lines; bridges, and organization of streams.
