This Order sets guidelines with respect to quality requirements for drinking water and water used in food manufacturing. Research and testing take place in order to monitor municipal water supply systems standards. Locations for collection of water samples, included in the regular checks, must be approved by local council authorities in order to determine appropriate water systems to be utilized. Notification of results shall be publicized for proper information to consumers.

Annex 1a - Quality requirements for drinking water main constituents.
Annex 1b - Quality requirements for non-organic traces.
Annex 1c - Quality requirements for organic micropollutants.
Annex 1d - Quality standards for microbiological parameters.
Annex 2 - Simplified controls (not on public water supply systems).
Annex 3 - Limited control (in water supply pipeline construction).
Annex 4 - Normal controls (at the waterworks).
Annex 5 - Enhanced control (at the waterworks).
Annex 6 - Control of non-organic trace elements (in water supply construction wiring 1) or at the waterworks).
Annex 7 - Monitoring of organic micropollutants (at the waterworks).
Annex 8 - Drilling Control (in individual wells).
Annex 9 - Control Frequency by limited control (in water supply pipelines).
Annex 10 - Frequency Control (on water supplies and the associated extraction wells).
