This Order sets regulations concerning the promotion of sustainable fisheries and aquaculture. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall grant subsidies for projects of common interest with a broader scope than private companies and organizations usually implement. These projects must relate to the development of new markets and promotional campaigns; to collective operations or to pilot projects relevant to the purpose of this Order. Among non-eligible projects receiving financial subsidy: projects receiving EU funding, for the purchase of land and buildings, for finance, audit, legal and bank costs, unless attributable to claims of commitment authority; for the purchase of vehicles. Applications for subsidy shall be submitted from1 February and latest 1 June. In 2010, however, applications may be submitted from 15 April and be received by the Agency latest 1 June 2010.
