The Order applies to the professional use of plant protection products, including stately, regionally and locally, and to personnel acquiring qualifications in other EU or EEA countries (or in countries with which the EU has concluded an agreement on the provision of regulated professions who intend to establish commercial use of plant protection products in Denmark) in plant protection. Those are exempt from the requirement to obtain certificate by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
The Order consists of 13 Chapters and 7 Appendices: Scope (1); Training requirements for persons who professionally utilize plant protection (2); Education requirements for persons handling with plants(3); Persons exempted from training requirements of this Order(4); Course for spraying certificate (5); Course on spray certification (6); Course on retail licence(7); Monitoring courses (8); Commercial establishment (professional) of plant protection products or as an employee with a retail certificate (9); Temporary or professional use of plant protection products (10); Joint agreements and supervision (11); Penalties (12); Entry into force (13).
Appendix 1 - Fully or partly exempt courses from the required spray certificate (see articles 3-4).
Appendix 2 - Requirements for courses which exempt from the requirement of spray certification (article 4).
Appendix 3 - Spray Certificate and Certificate for commercial employees trading plants for professional use.
Appendix 5 - Course for company employees selling plant for non-professional use.
Appendix 6 - Follow-up Course for professional users and for company employees trading in plants for professional use.
Appendix 7 - Follow-up course for retailer employees trading in plants for non-professional use.
