This Order establishes amendments to Order No. 25/2015; Order No. 50/2015 and Order No. 56/2015 related to measure 7 Agriculture and natural resources of the Mainland Rural Development Programme (PDR 2020). Amendments deal with the following matters on administrative and legal proceedings related to beneficiaries, such as: submitting an application, increasing an area subject to land consolidation or similar land intervention, or the execution of a contract in the scope of hydro-agricultural uses. Agri-environmental beneficiaries may, when submitting the annual payment application, increase the area to be supported and subject to land reparcelling or similar land tenure under the terms of Law no. 111/2015, of 27 August or the execution of a contract in the scope of hydro-agricultural uses.
