The present Ordinance implements the Swiss Federal Animal Disease Act of 1 July 1966. In particular, article 1 establishes that the entire area of the Principality of Liechtenstein shall constitute a Bee Inspection District. The nomination of the Bee Inspector and his Deputy shall be made by the government.
