The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment of agricultural agencies and agricultural commissions in municipalities. Article 4 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that an Agricultural Commission is responsible for the implementation of measures relating to pest control and plant protection, as well as to dairy farms according to the relevant federal and cantonal legislation. The text consists of 7 articles.
