The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to exploitation of public waters. Article 1 establishes public waters are considered those waters listed in the Hydraulic Forces use Law of 16 February 1992. Exploiting public waters means to extract sand, gravel, stones, minerals or the like. Whoever exploits public waters needs an authorization. The text consists of 4 articles.
