The present Ordinance implements the Market Organization Act 2007 and the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products of 17 December 2013. In particular, the present Ordinance implements Community market measures in the Austrian wine sector.
