The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the enforcement of the federal legislation on rural land law. Article 2 lays down provisions relating to the composition and tasks of the Land Law Commission. The text consisting of 12 articles deals with the following matters: land valuation, competent surveying authority, proceedings, sphere of application, agricultural land and entry into force.
