The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the authorities intervening in emergency cases of water, soil and air pollution. The said bodies are created in order to provide prompt action in the following cases: a) pollution of and threat to surface and groundwater, to the soil and to the air; b) threat to the environment by radioactive substances. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 5 Parts. One Annex dealing with environmental fees is enclosed.
