The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate competences of authorities in view of the enforcement of the Cleaning Agents and Detergent Act in its version of 5 March 1987 (BGBl. I p. 875I). Article 1 establishes that the supreme executing authority in Saarland is the Environment and Occupational Safety Office. The text consists of 2 articles.
