The present Ordinance implements the Law of 21 April 1988 on the Law on the supply of energy and potable water by the Industrial Plant Basel to the Canton Basel- Stadt (Industrial Plants Basel Law). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the fixing of water charges. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: General water tariff (1); Promotional tariff (2); Special contracts (3); Special provisions (4); General provisions (5).
