The present Ordinance implements the Water Rights Act of 10 November 1976. Article 1 establishes that privately owned facilities and installations taking water from a public water supply, must notify this to the Environment Office before doing so. Article 6 rules that the afore-mentioned Office shall supervise the compliance with the provisions of the Water Rights Act and the related Ordinance. If violations are detected a written report shall be made to the Government. The text consists of 7 articles.
