This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 63 articles and 21 Annexes, lays down conditions of support concerning rural development: (a) for areas with natural restrictions or other specific restrictions; (b) within Natura 2000 program; (c) for agri-environment-climate measures; (d) to organic farming; (e) for animal welfare; (f) for forest-environmental and climate services and forest protection; (g) for the first afforestation of agricultural land. The objective of this Ordinance is to achieve sustainable rural development.
