The President, with a view of further liberalization of external trade, creating favorable conditions for increasing the volume and range of exported fresh fruits and vegetables, grapes, cucurbits crop, legumes, and also dried fruits and vegetables, improving the competitiveness of domestic fruits and vegetables on foreign markets, decrees as follows: (a) to grant economic entities the right to export fruits and vegetables without concluding an export contract on the basis of an invoice if the following conditions are met: the amount of delivery does not exceed the equivalent of 20 thousand US dollars on the day of registration of the export customs declaration; receipt of 100% advance payment in foreign currency from non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan to accounts with authorized commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including in the form of a bank transfer, payment on international bank cards, as well as cash deposits in the national currency purchased in exchange offices of commercial banks; entering data on export supply into the Unified Electronic Information System of Foreign Trade Operations; and (b) the correction of the invoice value of exported fruits and vegetables within the limits of the natural loss established by the legislation for its storage, transportation and trade.
