These Regulations amend the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 in Schedule 2 (recovery and recycling obligations) in relation with new waste packaging recovery and recycling targets for, among other things, recycling of glass packaging. They also revoke the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012.
