The Provisions establish the power of the Food and Medicine Control Committee (FMCC) to control and certify the quality of food products. Part III establishes the obligation of sellers and distributors to be in possession of quality certificates or to be under the food quality control of the FMCC. Part V makes restrictions on the use of certain substances that are not authorized by the FMCC. Final provisions concern penalties to be inflicted in case of contravention.
