The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the management of bathing water quality, in particular to the monitoring and classification of waters. Article 2 establishes that public bathing waters shall not threaten the well-being neither of users nor of personnel by lacking hygienic conditions or use of certain chemicals. Three Annexes are enclosed.
