Regulation amending Regulation establishing requirements for health certificates of imported animals and products of aquaculture.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, establishes which requirements for health certificates of imported animals and products of aquaculture can be found in the appropriate Commission Decisions of the European Community. In particular form of certificate for imports of tropical fish for ornamental purpose is specified in the Commission Decision 2006/656/EC laying down the animal health conditions and certification requirements for imports of fish for ornamental purpose.
