This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 17 articles, establishes the groups of age, details on assessment, identification and classification of bovine carcasses, and provisions governing inspection. Assessment of carcasses can be carried out by accredited organizations which are independent and have the expertise and technically qualified persons. Monitoring of the assessment and labeling of carcasses is carried out by the Inspectorate for Agriculture, Forestry and Food.
