This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of eight articles and three Annexes, lays down: (1) the list of vitamins and mineral components (specified in Annex 1) and their chemical forms ((specified in Annex 2), which can be used for the production of dietary supplements; (2) specific requirements for labeling of dietary supplements; (3) additional requirements regarding the content of dietary supplements of vitamins and mineral components, including criteria for purity and levels of vitamins and mineral components in dietary supplements.
