This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and seven Annexes, establishes: (1) the list of quarantine organisms which must not be introduced to protected zones and transferred within these zones, and specification of protected zones (Annex 1); (2) the list of quarantine organisms which must not be introduced to protected zones and transferred within these zones if these organisms occur on specific plants, plant products or objects, and specification of these protected zones (Annex 2); (3) the list of plants, plant products or objects coming from third countries which must not be introduced into the territory of the Republic of Poland (Annex 3); (4) special requirements to be included in certificates if plants, plant products or objects are introduced into the territory of the Republic of Poland from third countries (Annex 4); (5) the list of plants, plant products or objects for which a plant passport or certificate shall be required (Annex 5); (6) the list of plants, plant products or objects which can be cultivated, produced, stored, sorted or transferred only by entities registered in the list of entrepreneurs (Annex 6); (7) cases in which entities do not need to be on the list of entrepreneurs, if there is no risk of spreading of harmful organisms (Annex 7).
