This Regulation of the Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport indicates production sites for the breeding of live bivalve molluscs and concerns the registration document referred to in Annex III, Section VII, Chapter I, paragraph 2 of Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs (specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin). The Regulation also defines powers of the Inspector General of the Dutch Food Safety Authority (NVWA) in respect of live bivalve molluscs.
