This Regulation provides for rules, standards and measures for managing and controlling the safety of bottled drinking water in order to protect consumers health.
The Regulation defines the amounts of chemical substances that bottled water may contain and sets out requirements for the safety of drinking water, labels, premises and facilities where drinking water is bottled, transportation and storage of bottles water, etc.
The Regulation further provides for: management and inspection authorities; acts which shall be prohibited; and rewards and sanctions.
This Regulation provides for rules, standards and measures for managing and controlling the safety of bottled drinking water in order to protect consumers’ health.
This Regulation repeals the Regulation of bottled drinking water standard No. 152/FDA.
