This Regulation provides for all necessary conditions and standards to be met and related to the composition and labelling of processed cereal-based food and baby food for infants and young children.
This special kind of food is intended for use when infants stop breastfeeding and when young children need a supplement to their diet and/or for their gradual adjustment to the regular diet or dietary needs.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
