This Regulation provides all necessary conditions and criteria for the correct and mandatory classification and consequential grading of sheep carcasses on the slaughter line, manner and procedure for sorting, grading and marking of carcasses, including all other prescribed conditions to be met by persons carrying out the process of classification, evaluation and supervision of these operations on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
Information on the classification and grading of sheep carcasses are used in order to correctly determine the selling price of slaughtered sheep (meat).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
