This Regulation defines the technical requirements at border crossings necessary for the correct and mandatory performance of phytosanitary inspection over consignments of plants.
Border crossings (on the territory of Montenegro) where the phytosanitary inspection has to be performed (rail and road border crossings, sea ports and lake piers, aviation facilities, container terminals, post offices) must meet the technical rules and requirements provided by this Regulation.
This Regulation defines the technical requirements at border crossings necessary for the correct and mandatory performance of phytosanitary inspection over consignments of plants.
