These Regulations of the National Food Administration are made to implement provisions of the Food Decree on the labelling and information of consumers regarding qualities and origin of foodstuffs. Articles 5 to 7 specify general requirements for labelling. Specific labelling requirements regard design, language, standard labelling information (art. 16), sales name (reg. 17), lists of ingredients, quantity, categories, etc. (arts. 21 and following), net quantity (arts. 36 and following), date labelling and minimum durability (arts. 43 and following), storage conditions, origin and instructions for use.
