These Regulations aim at prevention and control of air pollution caused by emission from motorized vehicles, protection and improvement of atmospheric environment, and protection of public health. The Regulations consist of 41 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions (I); Prevention and control (II); Detection and treatment (III); supervision and administration (IV); Legal liabilities (V); Supplementary provisions (VI).
