This Order prescribes and adopts provisions of the Council Regulation in so far as they relate to the exclusive fishery limits of the State, and accordingly any infringement of Council Regulation No. 850/98/EC within these limits shall be an infringement of these Regulations. The Regulation lays down measures for the conservation of fishery resources through technical measures for the protection of juveniles of marine organisms.
