The present Ordinance implements the Schleswig-Holstein Water Law in its version of 11 February 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the self-monitoring of waste water discharge. Article 2 establishes that whoever runs such a facility has to carry out self-monitoring procedures that meet the minimum requirements of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sphere of application, competences (1); Self-monitoring (2); Log-book (3); Operation reports (4); Obligation to notify (5); Penalties (6); Entry into force (7). Three Annexes are enclosed.
