With the purpose of approximating the laws of Cyprus with the European legislation and in accordance with article 24(3) of the principal Law, the Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and the Environment establishes the procedures to be followed by the hazardous waste disposal undertakings and the content of the hazardous waste identification Form, as set out in the Annex attached to these Regulations.

The issuance of this Order is made pursuant to article 24(3) of the Solid and Hazardous Waste Law of 2002.
