Scope of these Regulations is to harmonize the existing Cypriot legislation with Council Directives 81/852/EEC, 87/20/EEC, 92/18/EEC, 93/40/EEC and 99/104/EEC on veterinary medicinal products. The particulars and documents which shall accompany applications for marketing authorization shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Annex (extensive) attached to this text.
