The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to evidence of waste disposal. It is applicable to the evidence of waste disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste both in electronic or paper forms by producers or keepers, collectors and transporters of wastes, and operators of waste plants. The text consists of 31 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Papers pertaining to evidence of waste disposal (2); Keeping of register of waste disposal (3); Common provisions (4); Final provisions (5); Three Annexes are enclosed.Article 31 is deleted in the last version.
Moreover, the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the following Ordinances: Waste Wood Ordinance; PCB/PCT Waste Disposal Ordinance; Sewage Sludge Ordinance; Biological Waste Ordinance and the Commercial waste Ordinance.
