The present Ordinance introduces into Austrian national legislation the European Waste List. The said Ordinance establishes which waste is to be considered as dangerous and harmful on human beings, animals, plants and their natural environment. It fixes also a code for differen kinds of waste and the criteria for allocation of such waste to a specific code. The text consists of 7 articles and 5 Annexes as follows: Allocation criteria (1), Waste List (2), Dangerous properties (3), Waste Examination (4).
