Financial Rules for the The Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity

Article 25 paragraph 2 of the Nagoya Protocol, adopted by the 10th meeting of the COP on 29 October 2010 in Nagoya, Japan, designated the financial mechanism of the Convention (on Biological Diversity) as the financial mechanism for the Protocol.

United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Draft Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the Parties and its Subsidiary Bodies
