L’une des appellations du principal organe de négociation en vertu d’un accord international. La Conférence des Parties est un organe d’élaboration de politiques qui se réunit périodiquement pour faire le point sur la mise en œuvre de l’accord et adopter des décisions, des résolutions ou des recommandations pour la mise en œuvre ultérieure de l’accord.
