1. 请秘书处在资源许可的情况下，根据载于本决定附件一的职权范围以及委员会第七次会议期间修订的提纲委托编写一份有关确定和评估开放应用中全氟辛烷磺酸替代品的技术文件；

2. 决定成立一个特设工作组，负责开展第SC-5/5号决定第5段和第7段所要求的各项活动；并商定按照载于本决定附件二的工作计划工作；
